IV. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Personal data is processed by VNG Serwis elektroniki when it is necessary to conclude and perform the contract/agreements concluded between the data subject and VNG Serwis elektroniki or to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract, i.e.
enabling the provision of the service electronically, full use of the VNG Serwis electronics website.
handling requests that the user sends to VNG Serwis electronics (e.g. via the contact form on the website https://vng-rs.pl/ or via e-mail)
creating and managing a user account or accounts in the electronic system used to handle service requests and provide account servicing and solve technical problems;4.1. Personal data is processed by VNG Serwis elektroniki in order to pursue the legitimate interests of VNG Serwis elektroniki. We will process the data for this purpose until the user raises the objection referred to in point. 4(7)(a) d GDPR.
We use the above-mentioned data for the purposes of: 5.1. contacting the user, after prior consent, via available communication channels, in particular via e-mail or telephone; 5.2. handling complaints, handling reported technical problems, handling the return of goods if the user submits a complaint or sends a complaint or a declaration of withdrawal from the contract; 5.3. sending commercial information electronically - the processing of personal data is based on the user's voluntary consent. VNG Electronics Service will process these data until the user withdraws his consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, and the user has the right to submit a written request to discontinue the processing of his or her personal data due to his or her special situation or to object to the processing of his or her data; 5.4. surveys of satisfaction with cooperation with VNG Serwis electronics and satisfaction with products or services; 5.5. establishing, investigating or defending against claims related to the concluded contract(s) or the processing of personal data; 5.6. providing payment services; 5.7. conducting statistical analyses; legal basis: art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR

V. USER RIGHTS AND METHOD OF DATA COLLECTION.

Every natural person has the right to obtain information whether and what data is being processed by the Administrator, as well as the right to access their data and request their rectification, deletion or limitation of processing.
Moreover, this person has the right to object to the processing of this data, the right to transfer data and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent takes effect from the moment the Administrator receives the declaration of withdrawal of consent.
Every natural person has the right to request the immediate deletion of their personal data if: 3.1. his personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected by VNG Serwis elektronika or otherwise processed; 3.2. the consent on which the processing is based has been withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for the processing; 3.3. raises the objection referred to in point 7 and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing or when his personal data have been processed unlawfully.
Every natural person has the right to request the immediate deletion of their personal data if: 3.1. his personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected by VNG Serwis elektronika or otherwise processed; 3.2. the consent on which the processing is based has been withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for the processing; 3.3. raises the objection referred to in point 7 and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing or when his personal data have been processed unlawfully.
Every natural person has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection - if he or she considers that his or her rights related to the protection of personal data have been violated.
Every natural person has the right to object to the processing of data by VNG Serwis electronics as part of a legitimate interest. In such a case, VNG Serwis electronics will cease processing, unless there are other grounds for processing this data.
Any natural person, upon request, may receive his or her personal data provided to VNG Serwis elektroniki in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable and interoperable format, and has the right to request that VNG Serwis elektroniki send this data to another controller if: 7.1. processing is based on the consent of that person or on the basis of a contract; 7.2. processing is carried out in an automated manner.
Any natural person may request the restriction of the processing of their data if: 8.1. questions the accuracy of personal data - then for a period enabling verification of the accuracy of these data, VNG Serwis elektronika will stop processing them; 8.2. the processing is unlawful, but you object to the deletion of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead; 8.3. VNG Electronics Service will no longer need this personal data for processing purposes, but the user needs it to establish, pursue or defend his/her claims; 8.4. The user has objected to the processing - then VNG Serwis elektronika will stop processing until it is determined whether the legally justified grounds entitled VNG Serwis elektronika to process them and override the grounds for the objection.
Users' personal data are collected via the website https://vng-rs.pl/, via e-mail, contact form, telephone contacts and transferred in person at the places of business of VNG Serwis elektroniki. VNG Serwis elektronika may process personal data on the basis of its legitimate interest, which is the marketing of its own services, and only after obtaining the consent of the data subject.

VI. WHO DO WE TRANSFER THE PERSONAL DATA OBTAINED?

The Administrator transfers users' personal data to other entities only for the purpose of providing services or executing a contract for the repair of equipment returned by the user or sending the equipment to another VNG Serwis electronics service point and in the case of other legally justified purposes of VNG Serwis electronics, each time with the consent of the given person. Providing personal data by users is voluntary, but necessary for the implementation of the contract concluded between the user and VNG Serwis elektroniki and for the proper performance of services related to the implementation of the contract by VNG Serwis elektroniki's partners, and for VNG Serwis elektroniki to establish possible contact with a given natural person.
VNG Electronics Service processes personal data in accordance with the security requirements provided for by applicable law. VNG Serwis elektronika uses technical and organizational measures to ensure protection of the processing of personal data appropriate to the threats and categories of data in order to protect them against disclosure to unauthorized persons, processing in violation of legal provisions, change, loss, damage or destruction.
VNG Serwis electronics also processes anonymous operational data related to the use of the website https://vng-rs.pl/ (IP address, domain) to generate statistics helpful in administering VNG Serwis electronics (such as data obtained using the Google Analytics service ). We store personal data for marketing purposes until the data subject objects to such processing or withdraws consent to processing - but no longer than for a period of 10 years.
For the purpose of accountability, i.e. proving compliance with the provisions regarding the processing of personal data, VNG Serwis elektronika will store data for the period in which it is obliged to retain data or documents containing them to document the fulfillment of legal requirements and enable control of their fulfillment by public authorities.

VIII. TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA AND FINAL INFORMATION

VNG Electronics Service does not transfer personal data to entities based outside the European Economic Area.
